Services
I offer full and partial event planning, day-of coordination, and other services. All packages start with an initial consultation to review your vision, priorities, and questions, along with check-ins and guidance throughout the wedding planning process. I can also handle vendor and venue research, design wedding materials, manage the website and RSVPs, coordinate the rehearsal and wedding day, and oversee setup, breakdown, and organization.
My goal is to have the planning process organized and easily communicated so that I don’t have to ask you a logistical question the day of your wedding. Your wedding is meant to be a day you are present with your family and those you cherish, not a day to solve problems.

From helping friends plan weddings to running Figs & Olives, Alexandrea has turned an early love of event coordination into a full-time passion. She has spent years creating thoughtful, memorable celebrations and has worked on everything from small gatherings to events with over 200 guests. When she’s not planning, she enjoys family life, creative hobbies, a good book, and her favorite latte or matcha.
